I am someone who truly loves what they do. I love how dentistry combines art, engineering, and medicine. I am a lifelong learner and take as much continuing education as I can, and regularly attend the Greater New York Dental Convention and the Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meeting. I believe in treating patients like family, building relationships and being a part of my patients' lives. I grew up in the Green Bay area (Go Packers!) and while attending UW (Go Badgers!), I met my husband Andy, a native Madisonian. Our life journey has taken us many places, but we returned to Madison settling on the near-west side in 2012 to raise our son, and be near family.
When she's not doing dentistry, you might find Dr. Boucher painting or gardening at home, riding bikes to the Union Terrace, shopping at the farmer's markets, cooking for family and friends, cheering on the sidelines for one of her son's teams, or camping at one of our fabulous State Parks. She also plays mandolin, guitar and flute.
Dr. Boucher is a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM), the only non-profit professional association dedicated exclusively to the practice of dental sleep medicine. She received the "Qualified Dentist" designation by the AADSM in 2017 and continued her extensive training in dental sleep medicine, completing their Mastery program in 2020. In 2020, she also completed dental sleep medicine board examinations and is now a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Boucher helps treat snoring and obstructive sleep apnea with oral appliance therapy, an effective treatment that is covered by most insurance plans.

Originally from Green Bay, Emma is entering her senior year at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she is pursuing a major in neurobiology and a certificate in entrepreneurship. In the future, Emma hopes to pursue a career in dentistry by attending dental school after graduation. Good oral health has always been a passion and she hopes to pass that on to the patients that visit by providing quality care.
Outside of the dental office and school, Emma spends her time teaching swim lessons in Waunakee as well as going to cycling and yoga classes, reading books and spending time with her friends and family.
